Mr. Gerard Gagliano - Chief Executive Officer / Founder

Mr. Gerard Gagliano is the CEO and Founder of Prodentity. His knowledge gained through government and commercial experience led him to a patented design for enterprise security - Digital Network Authorization (DNA). With over 30 years of experience operating a software solutions company, Mr. Gagliano has led research into projects such as an integrated physical and security solution for the Yucca Mountain Project, and has frequently been a team contributor to various organizations such as the DOE and EarthLink, Inc.

A brief summary of related work topics:

Security Subject Matter Expert to Bechtel-SAIC Company. Analysis of current and future security and IT infrastructure needs focusing on long term project goals, technology upgrades, and a scalable, flexible, and extensible IT framework; design of infrastructure suitable for Yucca Mountain, design of information and physical security infrastructure for Yucca Mountain construction and operation phases.

Senior Researcher, architected concepts for comprehensive security in the enterprise, using public/private (PKI) and secret key cryptography. Patented.

Senior security analyst to EncrypTix, Inc. Designed, developed and deployed a Java sockets mechanism, extending a secure environment using the Internet all the way to a remote desktop without the use of a VPN.

Senior applications and security analyst to EarthLink, Inc. Designed, developed and deployed a robust Enterprise Request Broker, stressing scalable architecture and security. Complete design analysis of EarthLink’s payment system. Designed, developed and deployed a full robust payment processing system, stressing architecture and security. Complete design analysis and evaluation of security within EarthLink’s registration system. Designed, developed and installed a usage processing system and database which handled the massive storage of data and the preparation of billing and warehouse information.

Mr. Richard Feezel - Chief Technology Officer

Architect and designer of a secure network-within-the-network, and the client-server framework for the operation of in-house production testing at General Dynamics Land Systems. The client-server test software framework provides a maintainable and extensible foundation of modular building blocks on which test engineers can quickly and reliably build applications to test the complex electronics products needed in modern armored vehicles. The network-within-the-network provides an environment in which to operate the production test systems without exposing them to the chaos of neither the Internet nor the corporate network while integrating with the corporate user authentication infrastructure and data archiving facilities necessary to the audit-able record-keeping to ensure product quality assurance and traceability.

Director of Special Projects to EarthLink, Inc. Designed, developed and deployed a robust Enterprise Request Broker, stressing scalable architecture and security. Complete design analysis of EarthLink's payment system. Designed, developed and deployed a full robust payment processing system, stressing architecture and security. Complete design analysis and evaluation of security within EarthLink's registration system.

Director of Software Development at CQ Computer Communications. Architected, designed, and led development of PC to IBM mainframe communications software. Areas of special emphasis included the development of encrypted communication session support and the design and implementation of a secure key management and distribution scheme in support of roving mainframe access for Federal Reserve Bank auditors.
